HOW WE RUN OUR PROGRAMMES
The fast paced, fun and dynamic environment on our programmes helps to inspire and enable individuals and teams, to achieve far more in a short space of time than they could have thought possible. We want to help you unleash the full potential of all your workforce, by developing key members of your organisation to get extraordinary performance out of seemingly ordinary people. Delegates are formed into small teams facilitated by an experienced tutor. We put people into stretch, but also create a safe learning environment to encourage creativity and sensible risk taking. We all learn in different ways and at different rates, so our programmes aim to develop everyone, whatever their preferred learning style, by following a pattern of:
- Short presentations of theory and background to give underpinning knowledge.
- Combination of indoor and outdoor activities and projects, with each delegate taking turn to lead or review tasks.
- Facilitated discussions by delegates relating theory to reality, and in particular - the workplace, followed by short presentations from delegates on their discussion.
- Facilitated reviews are designed to bring out the key business issues for your organisation and transfer that learning back to the workplace. The message of leadership is reinforced by experiential learning.
