Many people work in teams that are ever changing in terms of tasks, timescale and composition. It is no longer enough to “build a team”, when these teams are regularly changing. Better to show people how to build and rebuild teams, to accept and be able to cope with the constant changes of personnel, tasks and timescales. We encourage delegates to want to be part of High Performance Teams, that can adapt and rise up to the increasing pressures we all face in the workplace. We help delegates to understand team dynamics and life cycles, and how they can contribute more effectively to the success of the teams they are members of. The range of options is from a two hour input as part of a wider workshop, through a one day Team Development workshop, to a 2-3 day residential High Performance Teams Course such as The Great Escape. We would work with you to develop a programme to suit your requirement, time availability and budget.
