TGS provides multi-client geosciences data and services to oil and gas E&P companies around the globe. It has some very demanding clients in very demanding environments. When TGS in the UK wants to help raise the performance of its colleagues and teams, it brings in The Leadership Challenge to help it achieve this. We have worked together for over four years. TGS UK staff have just completed a team-development workshop with The Leadership Challenge at Shuttleworth Park near Bedford. The workshop involved a number of indoor and outdoor tasks and challenges, including cerebral scenario planning exercises and more gritty physical activities.
