Individual Performance Coaching. 1:1 Performance Coaching for your senior and key staff by Peter Kennedy, who has considerable experience as a Performance Coach. Appropriate 1:1 Performance Coaching can have a major impact on individual performance and success. This coaching may be in the development role to raise performance, or in the remedial role to tackle a perceived problem. Peter Kennedy’s wide experience of coaching includes helping students successfully apply for medical school, potential officers to pass the Army Officer Selection Board, senior police officers on PNAC preparation, and for ACPO level job interviews. Additionally he has coached dozens of business managers to improve their performance.
