The Leadership Challenge offers five main programme options to help you develop your people and organisation. The programmes offer a flexible base that can be amended and adapted to meet your specific needs, budget and time availability. You may prefer to send groups and individuals on our open courses (Powerful Presentations) or run these as in-house programmes. We like to spend some time visiting and observing our clients at work to get to know and understand them, in order to really address your organisational development needs.
